Exercise the memory

Memory is very important to retain past experiences, so that we remember what we have learned and we can move forward. In fact, memory is essential in our daily life, because it serves to remind issues like: where we put our keys, the appointment of your son, the anniversary date or remembering objects. But how do we help our brain? There are some games that can be very fun and useful for this.
